At YNotGame, we focus on providing high-quality products and reliable services. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following refund, return, and cancellation terms apply to all customers.

PRODUCT PURCHASES (New & Pre-Owned Gaming Gear)

 

A) Eligibility for Return / Refund

A return or refund is only possible if:
1. The product delivered is damaged in transit
2. The product received is incorrect
3. The product does not turn on or function when first used

To be eligible:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition

  • Box, manual, cables, and all accessories must be returned

We reserve the right to decline a return if:

  • Product has scratches, damage, or misuse after delivery

  • Physical or liquid damage occurs after unboxing

  • Packaging, accessories, serial numbers, or warranty stickers are missing

Our refund and returns policy lasts 1 days. If 1 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 1 days after delivery

B) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

1. Used/pre-owned items sold under “No Return / No Refund”
2. Items damaged by customer
3. Software, game codes, subscriptions
4. Accessories with normal wear & tear
5. Items purchased during a clearance or sale

C) Replacement

If the returned item passes inspection, you may choose:

  • Replacement of same model, OR

  • Store credit usable for another purchase

Cash refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

 

GAMING SLOT BOOKINGS (Play Zone / Café)

  • Slot bookings are non-refundable

  • Customers may reschedule a booking at least 1 hour before the slot time

  • Missed, late, or unattended sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled

  • If a customer arrives late, play time will be reduced accordingly

YNotGame is not responsible for:

  • Power outages inside your premises

  • Internet or game server downtime

  • Personal connection or account issues

If YNotGame cancels a slot (rare), customers may reschedule or receive store credit.

 

REPAIR SERVICES

A) Diagnostic Fee

  • Some devices require a non-refundable diagnostic or inspection fee

  • Even if the customer declines repair after diagnostics, the fee remains non-refundable


B) Repair Completion & Refunds

A refund is only possible if:

  • We are unable to repair the device, AND

  • No spare parts have been installed

No refunds are given if:

  • The device is already repaired

  • Customer changes their mind after repair

  • Device was previously tampered with or had liquid/physical damage

  • A problem returns due to customer misuse


C) Warranty on Repairs

  • Warranty covers only the specific part replaced

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, overheating, or accidental drops

  • If a customer tampers with the device after repair, warranty becomes void

  • Any future issues unrelated to the replaced part are not covered


D) Customer Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for loss of gaming data, storage files, or saved progress

  • We are not responsible for accessories not listed during device submission

 

SELLING OLD GEAR TO US (Buyback / Exchange)

  • Once a used item is sold to YNotGame, no returns or buybacks are accepted

  • Customer must verify the final price before completing the sale

  • Government-issued ID proof may be required

 

PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUNDS

If approved:

  • Refunds or store credits are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Bank transfer timelines depend on your bank

  • Shipping and diagnostic fees are non-refundable

 

Fraud Prevention & Abuse

YNotGame reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns suspected of misuse, swapping parts, or fraudulent claims

  • Ban customers who repeatedly abuse return or refund policies

To file a return or service claim:

Incomplete or unverifiable claims may be delayed or rejected.
